This is the queen of truffle pastas, a wonderful egg pasta finely rolled out with its hints of black truffle with a pleasant and delicate scent. It has a very short cooking time and it is advisable to dress it with light sauces, better still with extra virgin olive oil or a knob of our truffle butter to enhance the characteristics of the truffle even more.
