WHITETRUFFLESAUCE
Another classic sauce in the white version with white truffle. As the black truffle sauce is very easy to use, always warming it up a bit it is excellent to make tasty appetizers, or to create wonderful risottos or pasta dishes both fresh and dry. Very good to be matched to second courses of meat and fish.
