BLACKTRUFFLEPOLENTA
Pour it over a pot of water that has been brought to a boil and then take it off the stove and continue stirring until it thickens. If you want a higher density it will be enough to put it back on the stove a little while continuing to stir. Once cooked add a knob of truffle butter or using our truffle sauces in particular those with cheese.
