PEANUT BUTTER & BLACK TRUFFLE: A Gourmet Specialty with an International flavor.

An everyday health food enriched by the flavor of black summer truffles.

 

Passeri Tartufi's philosophy is based on the concept of contamination and the journey from tradition to innovation. This thought led us to develop a product that, in the tables of the American people, but by now also in the tables of many other people around the world, is a cult: PEANUT BUTTER.

The combination of dried fruit with truffles has always been very successful, so combining our main element the truffle with peanut butter was almost a formality, but one that no one had yet thought of doing.

The result is really an interesting one, as the intense flavor of the peanuts is enhanced by the delicate and pleasant note of the truffle that delights the palate without being invasive.

We already have some outstanding pairings to try, such as the TRUFLER Sandwich: a sandwich made with toasted milk bread, on which we spread our PEANUT BUTTER AND BLACK TRUFFLE, filled with a freshly seasoned fassona battuta with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of truffle oil and some fresh julienned black celery.

 

 

Or a Truffle Cheescake Mug: create the base in a teacup, if you have it in glass, with crumbled cookies mixed with our PEANUT BUTTER AND BLACK TRUFFLE, place a layer of red currants on top, after which pour the cheesecake mixture and place it in the refrigerator to solidify. Before serving, take it out of the refrigerator and garnish it with a light layer of truffle acacia honey. It will simply be a treat for your palate.
